Complete prompts and templates. Fill brackets with permitted material.

## Define the reader decision

Choose one situation the intended reader can recognize.

```text
Using only the notes below, identify one reader, one immediate decision, and one useful takeaway. Separate observed facts from ideas that need verification. If the notes cannot support a decision, ask one concrete question.
Notes: [PASTE PERMITTED NOTES]
```

## Capture the idea and evidence

Record the actual point of view and what supports it.

```text
Create a source brief with situation, point of view, decision rule, evidence references, and limits. Do not invent a story, quote, result, or product capability. Mark missing support unknown.
Material: [PASTE]
```

## Describe the voice

Use cleared writing samples and specific language choices.

```text
Describe the writing choices in these samples: vocabulary, sentence rhythm, humor, formatting, and phrases to avoid. Quote only short permitted examples. Do not infer personality or copy the samples' facts into future drafts.
Samples: [PASTE]
```

## Draft the post

Write the reader situation, useful detail, and action.

```text
Draft one LinkedIn post from the source brief and voice notes. Explain the reader's decision with one supported detail and its boundary. Use no invented anecdote, unsupported metric, em dash, or reach promise. Use Oxford commas. End with a useful action, not engagement bait.
Brief: [PASTE]
Voice: [PASTE]
```

## Check the draft

Inspect additions and unclear passages against the original.

```text
Compare the draft with the brief. List every unsupported addition, unclear claim, and voice mismatch. Make the smallest correction that preserves supported meaning. Hold any passage needing a new fact.
Draft: [PASTE]
## Record publication and response
Save the actual URL and available reporting period.
```text
From the supplied published-post record and analytics, write a short observation note. Separate publication status, available metrics, reader questions, and business conversations. Do not infer sales, causality, or missing metrics. Suggest one testable next writing decision.
Record: [PASTE]
