Use the same ordinary, sparse, and ambiguous examples in both options where possible. Record product, plan, date, settings, input, output, correction effort, and any trial difference. Verify needed permissions and connections separately in an authorized environment. Don't infer supported actions from a logo on a vendor page.

Inspect data handling, export, support, ownership, recurring cost, setup, and upkeep. Save actual terms and source dates. Unknowns remain unknown. Choose only after mandatory requirements are resolved. Record tradeoffs and why the decision fits the job. Keeping the manual method is a valid choice.
