Question brief

Does the answer describe the current services? Does a provider-discovery answer name JAC?

Two distinct research questions, each with its wording and purpose saved.

Reporting record

As of October 9, JAC’s search page and full guide have Google index records. A repeated AI answer still uses retired labels.

Each finding keeps its date, source, and limit. Indexing and answer accuracy are different checks.

Who handles the work?

Jared Castronova is your main point of contact and handles the research, writing, and implementation. A shared Slack channel keeps you updated on progress and gives you a place to ask questions and share ideas.

How is this different from SEO?

It includes SEO and checks of AI answers where access permits. Buyer questions help choose pages and technical work. Reporting separates search observations, sampled AI mentions and citations, and qualified inquiries where the evidence is available.

How do you measure it?

Search data, AI mentions, citations, recommendations, and description accuracy are reported separately. Each sampled result shows how many completed checks it is based on, using recorded settings. Failed checks and unavailable data are disclosed. Competitor comparisons use matching methods; the sample is not whole-market share.

What should the first search month produce?

The first cycle establishes a baseline from the data you can give access to and prepares agreed priority work for review. Each monthly report records what changed, completion checks for agreed work, what is unknown, and the next proposed action. The amount and timing of implementation depend on scope, inputs, and access. Search platforms and publishers control when changes appear and whether they affect visibility.

How is agreed work accepted?

Agreed priority work passes its recorded acceptance checks, with observations and data gaps in your monthly report. Fixed price, agreed before the work starts. If it isn't working, you don't keep paying.

What about competitors?

Competitor observations use comparable methods, where the evidence is available.

What are the limits?

A booking-link click does not prove a meeting happened. AI apps can differ from automated checks. Rankings, inquiries, and sales are not guaranteed.
